Our Approach
At Be Leadership, we use AI toolssuch as ChatGPT to support creativity, efficiency, and reflection—not to replace human thinking or relationships. Our use of AI is grounded in principles we believe in around integrity, transparency, and accountability.
We use AI in a way that reflects our values:
- We deliver with heart, always considering the human impact
- We show then tell, staying transparent about our tools and choices
- We spark innovation, embracing new technology as a thinking partner
- We grow together, learning as technology evolves
- And we partner for impact, ensuring our use of AI contributes positively to people and systems but is as a supplement to the wisdom, care and experience we bring to our work.
We believe AI can be a powerful support—but it must be used with care.
When and How We Use AI
We use AI tools in limited, supporting ways—for example:
- Exploring ideas, trends, or external insights
- Reviewing our work to identify blindspots or gaps
- Collaborating around projects that require many perspectives
- Drafting internal documents, summaries, or frameworks
- Formatting and editing non-sensitive content
We do not use AI to make decisions, act on our behalf, or as a substitute for human judgement.
Data Privacy and Protection
We are deeply committed to client confidentiality and ethical data use.
When using AI:
- We remove all identifiable information (client names, orgs, roles, and locations)
- We turn off training settings to ensure no data is stored or reused by AI platforms
- We never input confidential or sensitive material into AI tools without explicit client consent
Human Oversight
Any AI-assisted work is thoroughly reviewed and refined by a member of the Be Leadership team. We ensure it reflects our standards for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
Our Commitment
We will:
- Use AI transparently and ethically
- Avoid bias or harm in how we use or interpret AI-generated content
- Stay curious and cautious as technology evolves
- Update this policy annually—or sooner as needed
