As we head into September, it’s time to start thinking about….Christmas! At Be Leadership, we run an annual program called Stuff a Stocking, which provides holiday joy to local children. This program, which is now in its sixth year, delivers an amazing 300 gorgeous stockings full of toys and gifts to kids ages 3-16 whose families use the Runnymede Foodbank. At Be Leadership, we buy and prepare the stockings, which are then sponsored by members of the community, filled with love based on a recommended shopping list, and returned to us. We ensure each child receives a stocking packed full of age-appropriate gifts from a broad range of categories: crafts, hygiene, books, clothing, and small toys.

We love working on this project, and we rely on the partnership of many supporters across the community. We can stuff a stocking for you here or we can post you an empty stocking and you can fill one yourself and return it to us.
