We bring our passion for the environment into Be Leadership by role modelling behaviours we hope others may emulate. We use technology to reduce our effect on the planet through virtual working, we sponsor school and community clean-up efforts, and we power the Be Leadership office with electricity and gas purchased from a 100% renewable energy supplier.

We believe every organization has a responsibility to give back. That’s why we created Reason to Be – a dedicated arm of our business focused on creating positive social impact, rather than financial return.
At Be Leadership, we provide pro-bono consulting and financial support to non-profits and social enterprises that are making a positive impact. We believe these strategic investments not only make the world a better place but are good for business as well.
Through our Beautiful World Campaign, we foster meaningful connections between communities, purpose-driven organizations, and individuals. We support these relationships with clear contracting, consulting, and selected financial support.
Our commitment to this campaign is exemplified through the Be Leadership Study Abroad Fund at the University of Kansas. This fund gives students who otherwise might not travel internationally an opportunity for a life-altering experience. As an alum of the University of Kansas, our Managing Director, Shannon Banks, is especially proud to support this initiative.
Closer to home, we are dedicated to spreading joy through our annual Stuff a Stocking program. In its sixth year, this initiative has brought holiday cheer to more than 1,200 children aged 3-16 whose families rely on the Runnymede Foodbank. Local community members sponsor and fill stockings with age-appropriate gifts, ranging from crafts and hygiene products to books, clothing, and small toys.
Through these initiatives, Be Leadership strives to make a lasting, positive impact by empowering individuals, fostering connections, and supporting the wellbeing of communities at home and around the world.
