We believe in the power of food to heal communities.

Our April Be Leadership selected charity is World Central Kitchen, a not-for-profit organization devoted to providing meals in the wake of natural disaster.

World Central Kitchen has served tens of millions of nourishing meals to people affected by crises across the world—from hurricanes and fires to war and the pandemic.

Our associate Patty Ryan selected this charity because they do more than disaster relief–they engage longer term in the communities where they work and focus on building resilient local food systems, training aspiring chefs and strengthening food security.

At Be Leadership we donate 5% of our profits each month to purpose-led organizations that are selected by members of our team.
