Our March Be Leadership selected charity is Women’s Aid, working to end domestic abuse against women and children. As a federation of over 220 organisations, Women’s Aid provide a range of support to help women and children cope with every aspect of domestic abuse. In the UK, incidence of domestic abuse is reported to the police every minute, and two women are killed by a current or former partner every week.

Our associate Wendy Reus selected this charity because she sees this problem as part of a bigger picture, where women are still frequently viewed by society as less than or at fault.

At Be Leadership we donate 5% of our profits each month to purpose-led organisations that are selected by members of our team.
